We loved the hotel's cleanliness and facilities. The transportation was easily accessible, and the location was just a short walk away from the main shopping malls. The hotel staff was attentive and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good!

During my New Year stay, I appreciated the hotel's jacuzzi and afternoon tea, which were complimentary. the hotel's location was fantastic for Pratunum shopping and was pleasantly quiet at night. I also enjoyed the excellent service offered by the staff.

the bathroom was small with limited space for toiletries, slow drainage in the shower, and a small toilet inner cover.

The location was perfect for our romantic escape, as it was within walking distance of great shopping areas. We also enjoyed the free jacuzzi and afternoon tea that was offered by the hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Plus, the hotel was quiet during the nighttime, which made for a peaceful and relaxing stay.

The bathroom was quite small, and there wasn't much space to put our toiletries. We also had issues with noise from adjacent rooms and the banging noise from the room above.
